TERMS & CONDITIONS
If we have any concern about the wellbeing of your dog, we will endeavour to contact you.
If we are not able to contact you, we will contact your registered vet where possible. In the event of an emergency, we will contact our own vet, if nearer, to ensure prompt treatment.
All vet fees will be met by the dog owner.
All dogs must be insured.
All dogs must have routine vaccinations and boosters.
All dogs must be vaccinated against kennel cough.
All dogs must be routinely treated for fleas and ticks with an approved veterinary treatment eg. Frontline, Stronghold.
All dogs must be routinely wormed with an approved veterinary treatment, ie. monthly for treatment of roundworm.
Proof of vaccinations and insurance are required before boarding.
All food is to be provided by you.
We are happy to administer any medication you provide.
Entire dogs will not be accepted.
Bitches in season will not be accepted.
Boisterous, out of control dogs will not be accepted.
Dogs under 1 year old will not normally be accepted. However, we may accept younger dogs at our discretion, if they are fully house trained.
No dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 will be accepted.
No dogs registered under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (eg. wolf hybrids) will be accepted.
Dogs which are exercised off the premises will be kept on a lead at all times.
Daycare for Dogs shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to your dog.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Bookings which are cancelled less than 14 days from the intended date of boarding will forfeit this deposit.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before intended booking will have their deposit returned LESS a £40 administration fee.
